About Us:
The Mental Health Unit follows a multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis, treatment and stabilization, through a specialized team of medical and nursing professionals along with a social worker. Its serene atmosphere provides a comprehensive treatment environment for patients with mental disorders, and a right suitable setting for their families.
Services:
- Evaluate patients for admission to the Psychiatric Unit
- Provide adequate out-patient follow up
- Transfer patients to a chronic national psychiatric center when needed
- Educate the patient’s family about patient’s health status
- Outreach education for community in our region
